2nd Review of this fun set
"Finally was able to successfully exchange this matching set for both my husband & myself. Was not happy at all with the interim customer service, however. My initial inquiry was on 12/26/24. Their auto-return form email indicates not to send a new inquiry or you can end up at the back of the line. So I patiently waited until 2/3/25 and still didn't hear anything until 2/13/25. And it was so obvious it was a rote response, and no nuance in the response to show they paid attention to my original email. It really was only a coincidence that the right sizes were finally available for both of us (M vs L). *However, these jammies really are quality AND so comfy soft. Did a first wash and they look like they just came out of the package (no pilling or anything). I always have good luck with the pajamas I order, and have loved them all, or recipients have. . . but I do unfortunately question the Customer Service aspect."
