"I have been purchasing from Pajamagram for well over a decade. Previously, they offered monograms/personalization. We loved that for our family, and it made our Christmas so special. Since they have stopped offering this option, I have been disappointed. And my efforts to contact their staff about this issue have been placating at best. Very unhappy with their being unwilling to listen to customer feedback and to act on it."
